In addition to founding and leading the Extensis Group, Mr. Augustyn has founded and directs a portfolio of successful financial service businesses. His business success led to being named in 2003 NJ Biz's NJ's “Forty under Forty”, that recognizes young men and women who have made outstanding contributions to their fields.

Mr. Augustyn is a nationally recognized expert on complex risk management matters who has interviewed on CNN/FN, WABC, and public television’s PBS and NJN. He is quoted in publications such as the New York Times, the Newark Star-Ledger and speaks on risk management-related topics throughout the country.

Mr. Augustyn also serves as Chairman of the NIP Group, Inc. one of his portfolio companies.

Prior to Omnicom, Mr. Abernathy was the President and CEO of Portable Cellular Communications, a subsidiary of publicly-traded Nationwide Cellular Services, Inc. Earlier in his career Mr. Abernathy held positions of increasing responsibility in the audit practice of Deliotte & Touche USA LLP.

Mr. Abernathy graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Greg is the Chief Financial Officer of Extensis Group LLC and member of its management committee. Mr Tupe’s business and financial career spans over 25 years.

Prior to joining Extensis, Mr. Tupe was the Chief Financial Officer and member of the management committee of the NIP Group Inc., one of the largest US specialty insurance brokers. At NIP, he was a driving force behind the dynamic growth of the business into the top ranks of the brokerage industry. He also co-led the development of an alternative insurance facility to bring new underwriting capacity to stabilize two large business groups. These new risk bearing vehicles are recognized as the industries best practice models.

Prior to joining NIP Group he was the CFO of Montblanc International and a senior executive at Zale Corporation. Earlier in his career he held management positions at Deloitte & Touche USA LLP.

Mr. Tupe graduated from Pace University with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Don is the Vice President of Human Resources for Extensis Group LLC. Mr. Mallo has over 20 years of hands-on experience as the senior HR executive for small businesses to international Fortune 500 companies, within such diverse industries as retail, service, restaurant, manufacturing and transportation.

Don has a proven track record of building a positive employee relations environment and developing and executing HR strategy.

Previously, Don has been Vice President of Human Resources for Villa Enterprises, Inc., a privately held international restaurant chain with over 2,000 employees and 330 locations.

Prior to joining Villa, Don was Vice President/Counsel for Control Building Services, a New Jersey-based building services outsourcing company and Pillowtex a leading textile manufacturer in North Carolina (Field Crest and Cannon brands). At these firms, he oversaw all human resources, employee relations and labor union activities.

He holds a BA from Queens College and a JD from the Hofstra University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar and specializes in Labor and Employment Law.

Dan is the Vice President of Sales for Extensis Group LLC. Dan comes to Extensis with 8 years of successful sales and sales management experience.

Most recently, he was the Director of Sales with Conventus, one of New Jersey’s largest medical malpractice insurance agencies. While there, Dan he was chosen for NIP’s Executive Management Training Program. Prior to joining Conventus, Mr. Sheridan was a Sales Consultant with Schering-Plough and Patterson Dental Supply.

He received a BA in Political Science from Dickinson College and is currently pursuing the CIC and RHU insurance designations.

John is Director of Marketing for Extensis Group LLC. Mr. Powell joined Extensis with over 12 years of successful marketing and sales experience with AT&T and Nielsen Media Research.

Mr. Powell's background includes product management, business services marketing to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as program and sales channel development. Mr. Powell brings experience in new product roll-out, new business development, sales training and database management.

He holds an MBA from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and a BA from Colgate University.

Jill is the Vice President of Operations at Extensis Group LLC. Ms. Moynihan has over 22 years of experience in the Payroll and HR Outsourcing industries.

Ms. Moynihan was previously the Director of Support Services for Payroll Associates Inc., a leading payroll software development company. At Payroll Associates, Ms. Moynihan developed their national customer support systems.

Prior to Payroll Associates, Ms. Moynihan was Director of Support Services for ADP Employer Services Division. During her 14 years with ADP, Ms. Moynihan lead the rollout of Easypay Payroll Services to all ADP operation centers.

Ms. Moynihan received her BA in Business Management from Trenton State College.

Matthew is Vice President of Risk Management for Extensis Group LLC. Mr. Ponticelli previously was the Risk Manager for RailWorks Corporation, a public corporation established to furnish the rail industry with all its construction, maintenance and materials solutions. Mr. Ponticelli was responsible for all property and casualty (P&C) exposures and the implementation of controls to mitigate risk.

He has broad P&C insurance knowledge, with particular specialties in worker's compensation and general liability programs. Prior to joining RailWorks, Mr. Ponticelli was Risk Manager for L.K. Comstock & Company, Inc. and with AIG and The Travelers in senior positions in claims management.

Mr. Ponticelli earned a BA from State University of New York and has chaired Risk and Insurance Management Society ("RIMS") committees and authored several manuals for RIMS publications.

Stuart, an expert in employee benefits, has been in the insurance and financial services profession since 1984.

Mr. Migdon has consulted with a variety of private and public companies and public entities regarding employee benefits, health care, retirement planning, disability, life insurance, executive compensation and succession planning.

He is a Chartered Life Underwriter and Certified Public Accountant.
